Meet me, your guide Eva Weaver
I am a the founder of the HOUSE OF THE LIVING SERPENT MYSTERY SCHOOL, a queer author, coach and Snake Medicine guide with over thirty years’ experience facilitating
workshops, retreats & rites of passage in the UK and internationally and more than a decade working in conscious sexuality, including kink, pleasure and embodied erotic leadership.
I've been walking with Snake Medicine for many years- a path that continues to teach me about transformation, pleasure, embodiment & the cycles of renewal.
My passion and deep joy is to support and hold women, NB & genderqueer facilitators who hold space for others through times of transition with the potent medicine of change through Rites of Passage rituals, embodied ceremonies, and offers like the SERPENT SANCTUARY: holding those who hold others through personal times of change.
My work weaves together creativity, embodiment, and the erotic, threads drawn from my background as an art psychotherapist, breathworker, shamanic practitioner, firewalk instructor, and sexological bodyworker.
Alongside my beloved royal python, Syd, and supported by the spirit of my late snake, Myst, I continue to explore the ancient serpent lineages of Greece and Egypt and the wisdom they hold for our times.
I’ve facilitated workshops, retreats, and rites of passage ceremonies in the UK and internationally for over thirty years, and I bring my rich and colourful life experience, authenticity and deep compassion to every circle I hold.
My work is trauma informed and I hold a wealth of powerful tools that support embodiment, pleasure, presence & transformation.

Questions about the Sanctuary?
How much time do I need to dedicate?
The 3 months are designed in a spacious way with live calls spread out. To get the most benefit from the Sanctuary, I recommend to put a little daily or weekly time aside for the practices, journalling etc. , however much fits with you.
Do you offer Payment plans?
Yes, I do! Please get in touch and we can arrange a plan over the three months
When are the live calls?
The 2 hour live sessions are planned on Thursdays 12-2pm UK time:
3 x 1 hour live integration sessions are also on Thursdays- 12- 1pm UK time

Do you work in a trauma informed way?
Yes I do. Although there are never completely ‘safe’ spaces, I can guarantee I will do everything I can to provide a non-judgmental, trauma informed and compassionate space.
Feelings and expression of grief, joy, confusion, frustration, anger, ecstasy… our full spectrum is welcome in the Sanctuary.
There are several circles of support and holding in this programme:
As a facilitator I am holding and facilitating the group, the calls, the Telegram group and the one to one sessions.
As a group field we are holding one another.
And… we are supported by the potent practices and wisdom of Snake Medicine and by individual snake medicine allies you will receive and work with throughout the time, as well as our spiritual ‘teams’-whoever you would like to call in for support: benevolent ancestors, angels, the Great Serpent….
What if I am in an acute crisis?
The Serpent Sanctuary Programme is designed to be transformative and therapeutic, but is not a substitute for therapy.
If you are in an acute mental health crisis or have a history of schizophrenia, extreme dissociation, or untreated PTSD, this programme might not be suitable at this time.
Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss any concerns.
Are there any pre-requisites for the Sanctuary?
Yes :)
* You are an experienced space holder/ facilitator (3years +)
* You have a good level of understanding of nervous system regulation and have developed ways to support yourself
* You have experience in some form of somatic/ embodiment work and are happy to engage in exercises
* You can create some space in your life so that this programme can really support and nourish you
* You are willing to let yourself be supported by me and others and also show up and engage in the group
*This programme includes spiritual practices such as a shamanic journeying, so an openness and willingness to engage to some extent is important
Do I need to attend the live calls?
It would be great if you could make the live calls, but don't worry if you cannot attend , all calls are recorded and I will share the replays on the platform
Do I need experience with embodiment practices such a breathwork?
No, you don't :) . The practices are gentle, and accessible for beginners while also offering depth for those engaging in embodiment practices .
Is this only for women? What if I identify as NB?
You would be most welcome. This journey is created with women* facilitators in mind. Women* includes cis, trans, and non-binary folks who feel called to this container.
Will there be a community space?
Yes, there will be a Telegram group for us to share reflections, insights, and show up to witness and support one another throughout the three months.
What if I feel resistance to pleasure or self care or any practices?
That’s completely natural. The Sanctuary is a gentle way to meet resistance with curiosity and compassion. Snake Medicine helps us shed shame and reclaim pleasure as our birthright, and embrace our own pace.
